African Medical Electives

I am a Medical Student in UCD hoping to do an elective in Africa this Summer. I would love to go to Tanzania or Kenya but i dont mind where i end up. Can anybody help me with contacts for hospitals in these countries or any advice for finding electives.Thanks.

I'd imagine the VSO ( http://www.vso.ie/ ) would have contacts - or medecins sans frontiers ( http://www.msf.ie/ )
