WTF is up with Yahoo Mail?

    I am on the Beta version, and it is asking for my password every 10 seconds. For example, log in, click 'Check Mail' - It asks for password, now in Inbox, click on a new mail, asked again, enter it and mail opens. Read it and click reply, asked for password, can now reply, but when I send, same again, etc, etc.

    Its driving me crazy.

    Is it happening anyone else? Any suggestions what I can do?

    switch back to the nomal yahoo mail. the reason why it's beta is cos there's still loads of bugs in it.

    I used it for a brief period, found it very slow so just changed back to the normal mail. It might be good in time though, but for the moment you're better off with the default.

    I promise it wasn't me who p!ssed in your porridge this morning.

    FYI I placed my query here because:

    a) to my knowledge, and following a search, there is no specific E-mail users forum.
    b) Yahoo Mail is hardly niche - a lot of people have it and others might have the same problem.

    But thanks for the useless link/comment anyway.

    Moved from AH. As suggested, its a beta so its probably nothing you can do about it. Report the problem. I don't use the beta email so I don't know, seems to be its a some sort of a security feature, might be able to be modified (times or intervals to be asked for password)

    Hmm, I se the beta version but don't have the same problem (Firefox 2.0)
