ryanair refunds?

    folks,


    booked a flight to london for the 4th, same day return trip. now it looks i cant make it.
    can i get a full refund or can i just change the flight trip details or what?

    I think you get the refund minus taxes (which is the most of the price of the flight)..so you will get a grand total of...fuck all back. :) Changing the flight will cost you also. List of fees here.

    how the hell do you contact these people if you want to canel a flight? that web site is a joke. my rtn flight cost over 100e, so should be entitled to quiet a bit back.

    Their number is 0818 30 30 30 for changing the flight, good luck getting a hold of them.:( I am almost sure that you will get little or nothing back for cancelling, theres probably an administration fee too.

    You can claim taxes and fees back but you will be an admin free (I think it's about €20).

    I'm not surprised. Ryanair is cheap and convenient for getting somewhere fast. It's like a flying bus; they use boeings though :?
    Ryanair are good airline but some of their staff in particular to one Lithuanian(i think?) girl who was an ignorant c(nt on our flight. Could hear them swearing at their hut at the back
    online it says €0.01 for fligh one way but add another 50 on that lol.
