    An interesting site I found recently..
    Offers a different application for free (for a 24 hour period) as a way for suppliers to advertise their normally "pay for" software.

    Early days but could it could offer something interesting/useful at some point as the site becomes more popular..

    The register did a report on this a while back. Looks interesting but you know the saying ... if something's too good to be true - it usually is.

    Downsides:

    Please note that the software you download and install during the Giveaway period comes with the following important limitations:

    1. No free technical support
    2. No free upgrades to future versions
    3. Strictly non-commercial usage

    Puts it on a par with most freeware (of which a lot is usually better admittedly).
    Nonetheless , I've added the feed to me reader in the hopes that something useful will turn up. :)
    I found the "Photo ToolKit" a few days ago is really useful and a nice addon to explorer. Saves opening a program to do minor touchups.
