Hi all, I have a .vro file from a camcorder and I have converted it to MPEG format also for playing on a DVD player. I need to get some still images from this to add to a word document. Can anyone suggest an efficient way? Many thanks.

Download Media Player Classic {MPC}

Open the file within it and go to the point you would like to grab as a screenshot then all you have to do is simply click File->Save Image and it will ask for the location to save the .bmp
