Urgent! Dumping In Firhouse, Dublin 24

    People of Ireland, help!

A small suburb of Firhouse in Dublin 24 has suffered illegal dumping of the highest degree for several years now!

It seems the county council know about this dumping, as the large trucks entering the grounds of "Linear Park' have keys to get past the gate.

Oil, cars, plastics, electrical equipment, chemicals, everything has been dumped into the grounds and into the river and have polluted the Dodder River.

This has been alerted to the authorities many a time, but nothing has been done. I am trying to make it as public as I can and I need you to spread the word as soon as possible!

    The council must be stopped.

    Reply and help me please.

All information on illegal dumping in Firhouse, or your area; charges or fines, anything helps. Especially videos and pictures.

    HELP PLEASE!

    David O'K

I would try Councillor Joe Neville. I have contacted him on a number of issues and he's just fantastic. All the other councilors I contacted couldn't even be bothered to reply. I can't recommend him enough (and I'm not even a FF voter!!)

Many of the residents have photographs and suitable proof, but we have given it to many authorities and nothing has been done.
