How long dows it take to process cuban tourist card?

Have you been to Cuba Between one thing and another I'm only managing to send off my tourist card application today. I'm going to cuba on the 18th December. So I have 3 weeks to get it....it has to come from England Did you get one - were you waiting long? Thanks
