Does anyone know of a software application that will make an image backup of a SCSI harddrive partition?

    Basically I have a 700 GIG RAID5 array (5disks). The Array has 3 partitions on it, C D and E

E has all the data on it and is backed up already onto tape so I dont want to spend time making an image of 600 gigs of data!!
So all i want is an image of C and D so that I can restore the operating system and program files from an image

Does anyone know of any programs that can do this. I know norton ghost can do it on IDE drives but im not having much success with SCSI drives

    Ta
