Looks like the CYMA AK47. This is a chinese clone that's actually on par with TM's AK in many ways. CYMA early stuff was terrible but their new guns are much better. Well worth the price

i just searched for airsoft on amazon and there are 3 of the same ak's all around the 48 to 50 dollar, and loads of cheaper stuff, but a lot of it looks with the cheap plastic ones

It isnt for skirmishing I hope...cheap guns arnt for skirmishing due to their complete lack of reliability and wellbuiltedness.

i know some of these LPEGs are coming up in the world, but i'd still be very wary of saying theyre on par with TM AKs. the UTG warhawk was another such AK. some people said its as good as a TM. but on closer inspection of the inside, the gun has to be rewired a bit to get it shooting up to standard. It's probably extremely good value alright. but i really wouldnt want to have to rely on something made by CYMA

i think people really just have to learn from their mistakes from such guns. they'll buy one, it'll break after a little while. then they'll just bite the bullet and save up for a TM

Whoa, aint saying its a mistake. Probably good for them to see how sweet airsofting is...however they'll smash it up immediately (also feel like a tit for buying it)and start saving if they ever see/try a TM, Star, etc.

things like this are nice if you already have a decent primary and are just looking for a nice play around with gun. not to use in a skirmish, just to bulk out that armory.

I didnt say I was going to buy the gun but mainly put it up as an example of what can be found. I am after all buying a TM SIG552 from EHobbey this week least we forget.:D

Actually CYMA's latest model, the 031 is a direct clone of CA's SLR (AK-74) and is being used in skirmish's quite a bit. All reports say it's a real contender, 310-320 fps before upgrade Full metal construction apart from the lower reciever which is ABS plastic like TM's AK's. Metal lower receivers can be gotten for $70.

CYMA knows that Airsofters won't touch crappy AEG's so they are ramping up their quality. The 031 is compatable with most TM AK parts and the upgrade value is high. They've improved the hop up system over the 028. The only real problem the 031 has is it uses a micro connector for the battery pack so you can't plug standard packs in out of the box. Standard connectors can be gotten for about $3, a quick bit of soldering and Roberts your fathers brother

3 CYMA 031's are on the way to me now so I'll give you a full report compaired to my TM AK

reports on this are that good? hmmm. i may just have to get one myself to check it out! i really would like an AK. not enough to buy a TM one. maybe this is what ive been looking for.

yeah, whupass is right. Don't even bother trying. I'm sure you could get it on a nice cheap Chinese clone site anyway
