Does anyone at Dell Sales speak English as a first language?

I'm trying to order a 30inch monitor from Dell, and the people there don't understand basic english. Does anyone have a direct line for a well spoken sales rep?

I just spent 30 minutes, talking to well over 15 different Dell Sales Execs all with f*ck all english, transferring me from department to department, eventually to be cut off. Fantastic.

Is it just the normal sales number you are ringing? I never have to use it as we have an account manager. Have you asked to be put on to someone who can speak fluent english?

Ned why would you want to buy a Dell brand 30" when there are far far better models out there.

Because it does a resolution of 2550x1600, the only other 30 inch display I'm aware of that does this for close to the price is the Apple. Dell are currently running an offer of € 1500 on these, and the online reviews for the monitor are excellent.

I don't wish to order it online, I want to question a few things first, speak to a rep, find out the Deal Pixel Policy, delivery times, etc.
