    i havesn't but i used to skate.
skateboards are printed using the Screen printing technique.
colours are printed individually so more colours means higher cost, and if its a one off it might even be more expensive.
ask around at your local sign makers, i used to work for one in cork and they had a nice screen printing setup, they used to screen lots of stuff, never saw or heard of them doing a skateboard, although i remember that a young kid came in one to see if they could cut him a guitar from a piece of wood he had?:)
you might also want to get onto the guys at ramp'n'rails in drumcondra, if their still around. i think they had their own brand boards (boarder co) im sure they can help you out or send you in the right direction.

if you want to IM me your image that your planing and i'll ask around. i think one of my mates knows one of the pro-skaters from dublin so i'll pass on your question to him.
