I bought RAM on eBay from this shop but they haven't sent it to me yet.
I have emailed them loads of times but they will not reply.
Has anyone here bought stuff off them?

I can't seem to navigate the site at all. Have they a phone number you can call? How long has it been since you purchased the item?

I bought it on the 14 Nov. and I got an email from them last Thursday saying "my item will be posted tomorrow".
I need it urgently 'cause I said I would put it in a guy's machine for him.
There definitley isn't a 'phone number for them, I've looked everywhere on the 'net for one.

Well a little over a week is not horribly late for something to come from the UK (I assume its coming from the UK).

Well it hasn't come today either so I think they have had long enough.
It's the fact that they are not responding to my emails that pisses me off.
There must be some consumer rights asociation in the UK that I can complain to?
All I want is their 'phone number really.

    Edit:
There is a contact 'phone number for them on the details section of my payment on paypal, but I got an "error in connection" message when I rang it.
I have notified Paypal that the contact 'phone number appears to be bogus, I don't think that is alllowed.
I tried UK directory enquiries, my credit card company, the works but no luck.
My last shot is contacting someone who bought stuff off them already on eBay and asking them if they have an address from it.
At the moment all I know is they are based in Derby, Derbyshire, UK.

    Further Edit:
I got the damn thing today thank God.
Under the Transaction Details for the purchase in my Paypal Account there is a Customer Service Phone number for them but when I tried calling it I got a "number out of service" reply.
As far as I know Paypal insists that there must be a valid telephone number for any business using their service.
I told them this but they don't seem to care.
