Hey, has anyone wired an ATA into their houses network (enabling all sockets on the network for VOIP use)? I'm planning on signing up with blueface and I've seen this mentioned elsewhere online.

I just want to know who would be best to do this? or is it possible to do myself?

Thanks for your time and sorry if this is completely long winded nonsense :)

Pretty easy to achieve the same result with a couple of dect handsets and no wiring.

Just got my ata (linksys pap2) its locked at the moment to vontage but im confidanct i can unlock it ... but any unlocking advice is welcomed or any firmware files aswell haha .... but wondering can you just plug in a phone splitter and run two phones from the one rj11 output?

Also im signing up to blueface ... but considering having a second provider for the second phone input ... what is a good alternative from blueface that people use? not looking for a company with the exact same charges as blueface maybe one thats cheaper for mobiles but dearer on and lines or something like that.

I have two Dect Philips connected to it, but a friend of mine has two Dect handsets and a normal phone connected. All working OK. You're making the right choice with Blueface. Excellent service.:)
