Would be grateful if anyone haD a number for Creative Support? Have tried 01 - 8206444 put keep getting cut off when they put me throught to Customer Support.

I think the number is on the installation CD. Also, when they ask you have you had your mp3 Player for less than 60 days or whatever, say yes. Otherwise it's automated.
