    Thought I posted this already...

Anyway, I'm not sure if this is a system problem or a problem with iTunes.

I'm experiencing horrible playback delay/ stuttering when I run iTunes 7.0.2. in conjunction with other applications such as Firefox. For instance, every time i open a new web page it stutters. This gets so bad at times (even when I'm not running anything) that a 3 minute song could take about 4 minutes to complete, and my mouse may warp around the screen as my system, 3700+ 1 gig RAM, XP home SP2, struggles to cope. Any suggestions?

    Thanks

The sound stutter happens to me too. As far as I know, its a problem with the latest version of Quicktime.

Haven't seen it affect the rest of the system though.

Yeah, it's so bad that I've reverted back to iTunes 6... again.
