Free DVD rental. Got the metro today, moviestar.ie are giving away 6 weeks of free rental. All you need to do is sign up and enter 'metro' as the promo code. Looks like they have a better selection than screenclick.com who have a similar offer but you need to have an 086 number

Yeah.. signed up for this a few weeks back.. think mine is up on the 2nd December.

Much better company than ScreenClick... get an average of 5 - 6 DVD's a week from them on the 3 DVD package.

I signed up for the screen click one a while back... i went through the o2 site. There was a link for it there somewhere. Have to admit they weren't great, the stopped sending me dvds for 2 weeks after one dvd went missing in the post. Still can't complain when its free :-), but I won't be renewing. This happened to me before when I signed up with them a couple of years ago. That's why I cancelled my original sub.

Hoping the moviestar one is better, looks like it will be, even just from the quality of the web site.

I would read this thread before signing up to moviestar:

As well as screenclick there is also http://www.busybeedvd.com/. I find this one better than screenclick - less scratched and unreadable dvds.

I have used both screenclick & moviestar on free trials and they were both fine.

I wouldn't be interested in paying for either service - but while it's free it's good value ;).
