Transferring Cash To a NI bank account

Heya guys, I have to make a transfer of some funds to someone with a northern irish bank account. Is there any easy way to do this (hopefully online) I'm with bank of ireland. I'm not sure which bank the reciever is with yet.

I'm not sure about BOI online, but if you have the recievers IBAN and BIC, you should be able to do the transfer via telephone banking
