[REQ]buy sky remote online - cheap!

just wondering if anyone knows where can buy a genuine sky remote online for good price. Seen them on some site recently but cant for life of me remember where now!!

I bought 2 Sky+ remotes on ebay earlier in the year for less that the price of one in Argos, can remember the exact prices, just remember cheaper than Argos, if you do a search on ebay there is a constant stream of sellers

your right it is steep for one small item but we used An Post in the past and they lost half the stuff and also stopped collection with no notice so our only option was to trudge to the post office which obviouisly takes more time and became unworkable. €8.75 is for next day shipping outside Dublin and its a flat charge by fastway so its not so bad on larger items.

I know there's a way of making a Sky remote work a Sky+ box, but don't know of any way of making a Sky+ remote work a Sky box.

Sendit.com's price works out around 20.58 euro, mine is 11.58 so even when you add next day shipping I think i'm doing ok (they use royal mail) . If we had the same vat rate as UK I could beat that price easily . Bear in mind they dont have to pay recycling charges either. Amazon will not ship electronics to Ireland now because of this AFAIK. I wonder should I just up the price and offer free shipping on remotes, any views on this?

With the 'remote eye' (on sendit.com) how far can the cable stretch throughout the house? has any1else got one? r they worth it?
