Personal Trainers in Clare?

    Hi All,
    Does anyone know of a good personal trainer in the Clare area? I recently moved from Kildare and I need help to get back in to shape. I'm living in Ennis & working in Shannon.

    Any reccomendations would be appreciated, preferably someone who is not too expensive.

    Theres a guy in Ennis called Niall Chandler who I found very good. He helped me last year to get fit again after injury. Very professional approach and attitude. I see he has a poster up in the Ennis Gym with Niall Chandler Personal Training and a website address also: www.ncpt.biz

    Hes probably your best bet.
