I'm looking for some examples of court cases involving computer crimes such as hacking or fraud offences in Ireland. I haven't had much success with google so I thought I'd try here. If anybody knows or have links to any specific cases, it'd be much appreciated. Thanks.

It doesn't talk about any specific court cases but the following website might be of some interest (if you don't already know about it of course)

The site was set up a group of IT security people to research and study hackers and the tools of their trade. Might be starting point for your research

    Irish Honeynet

    Good luck

I had a quick shufty through the search facility at http://www.bailii.org/ - there are only 190 Irish judgements with the word "computer" in them so it wouldn't take long to check them exhaustively.
