    With which institution?

Have you contacted the relevant department there? Each institution will have it's own rules and regulations.

ill need to talk to them tomorrow.
its the national college of ireland in the ifsc.

i was just wondering if theres some standard cut off for getting a refund,
but like you say, its probably insitution dependent.

    cheers for the reply
