    Excuse the intrusion - can you tell me if there are companies/bodies etc that organise tournaments Nationwide (Ireland) and live not online. Have they websites?

    Any help would be appreciated.

    hi,
    there are loads of organisations that do this. My own personal recommendation would be to try www.vegasnights.ie and speak to nick. Always a well run tourney with great value and blind levels.

    I'm sure there are loads of others that will have ideas too.

    Btw I have no links to VN or any other poker organisers........

    You should also PM carfax (Stephen McClean) about this as he is currently running events around the country. He can also supply you with contact details and a website.

    Also, PokerEvents have been running events around the country for the last couple of years also, and are in the lead up to their big finals in January. Their rep on this site is I believe called PokerEvents-Ste. PM him also for more contact details.

    The ones the guys mention above, GreenJokerPoker and VegasNights are also highly recommended by posters here. There are other organisations that run events but these are some of the more prominent and respected ones.
