    Michael, firstly welcome to our corner of the universe.
    In reply to your request, I would rather that people do not list their email addresses in public.

    To all here, if anyone would like to avail of Michael's offer please PM your email address to him, it is not a wise move to post one's private information on a public forum. I will leave this thread open for a while just in case it develops further. Thanks.
