Anyone know of a freeware downloadable program that I can use to edit an MP3 file.
Basically I want to cut a 48 minute long file to 2 mins
    Thanks

    I agree, it's fairly decent.

On a slightly similar note.... anyone know software for editing Divx, that I don't have to convert.

Use VirtualDub and choose 'Direct Stream Copy' when you select the portion you wish to edit / extract.
