SBG Karl Tanswell seminar

    Karl will be teaching his unique approach to MMA Clinch and G’n’P Drills. This seminar will be also very useful for people not interested in MMA but want to improve their takedown and takedown defence skills. As always only fundamentals will be covered so I would recommend this workshop to beginners. World MMA Champion Rosi Sexton will be there also.

    Saturday, November 25th 11am-2pm at Rathcoole Gym. 0876768911 to book place

    its not a 2-day seminar, pretty much the same stuff both days - just in 2 locations :)

    karl will be covering his 'anti-clinch' game plus g'n'p drills - ideal for the cage and/or THE STREET :D
