I think there was a thread like this before (possibly started by me) about what people would most like to see come out on the Wii, including accessories and extra features.
Given what we now know about what the machine will do and what is being made for it at present, what would be on your wiishlist for future features, games or whatever?

Keep in mind what we know is already coming down the line (like a new mario, smash bros etc.) and try to think of something that isn't set in stone or even a possibility yet.

Me, I'd like to see an adaptor that allows you to connect your NES, SNES and N64 controllers (and the other console controllers) into the GC controller ports so you can play the VC games properly; I like the classic controller but it isn't what games like Mario 64 and Goldeneye were made for (oh yeah, I want Goldeneye to come out on the VC too :D)

I'm also hoping someone gives a strategy game like AOE a go too; it might not be quite as good as the PC version, but it'd be cool if implemented properly.

And I'm looking forward to DS connectivity (nothing about that so far) and the potential for music games (mic attachment? Guitar attachment? :D)

I'm looking forward to a load of FPS for the Wii. I think that the console is perfect for FPS and with online play it could really take off.

A definite date for Super Metroid on the VC in Europe. That's all it'd take to keep me happy:p

Definitely looking forward to some of the DS connectivity possibilities... They could do some amazing stuff with the 2 machines combined

Smaller (ie less bulky), white+blue-coloured re-issued Wavebirds -- with rumble!

Or a plug-in arcade stick with an analogue (not digital) stick, themed for SSBB -- wishful thinking, I know!

emot-argh.gif Take that back you scurrilous knave. I shall have no ill feeling towards my beloved Mario kart.

    But yeh, F-Zero too.

I'll third the suggestion of F-Zero. Most of all though, I want Super Smash Bros to hurry up and come out over here!!

Mario Kart is grand for multiplayer but if you want a decent single player racer nothing beats F-zero. I hope the wiimotes are well made because if the new one is as hard as the rest of the series then they could be on the receiving end of a lot of frustration.

What about Psi ops: the MIndgate Conspiracy, or some sort of sequel?

Mmmm...flinging enemies against the wall with my mind....

Actually, using the force would be good too.

Yeah, I think a Star Wars game was one of the first things that came to mind when I finally saw the Wii.... lightsabre action (with the speaker in the wiimote humming), switch weapons and turn it into a laser, throw people around with the force etc.
    drool.

My God man...if that was implemented properly it could be the very best thing in the world. Ever.

Really, the potential of the Wii mote is huge.

I also would love a bit of Katamari action. And someone on a different forum suggested Devil May Cry. I know this is a playstation game and won't ever happen, but just imagine how much fun that could be (again, if implemented properly).

Jedi Knight 2 did it first but unfortunately it was an overrated yawnfest. Psi-ops was way more fun and probably the best use of the havok physics engine yet.

Devil May Cry is a capcom game so there is no barrier to bringing it to Wii although the next installment is a PS3 only game at the moment.

TNA Impact for me even though no pics have been released and we don't know what systems it will even be on but someone needs to challenge the Raw vs Smackdown series. Long Live No Mercy 64!!

I'd like to see Inis bring out a rythmn-action game. Be interesting to see what they can do with the wiimote. Although something Gitaroo Man-ish would do nicely. Can't see Ouendan working (although I didn't see Trauma Centre working either).

Oh dear god, the wiimote making the sound of Han Solo's 'blaster',eh? Screw gameplay, i'd buy it just for that. :D
