Larg Rings for lobe piercing?

Right, I have lots of piercings. Eyebrow, naval, trageus and a few more on my ears that I dont even know the names of!!

Anyway, I was in New Zealand a few months back and bought this really nice black ring for my earlobe (I got 5 lobe piercings but never wear earrings in them!) The ring is made of some sort of bone I think and is kind of spiral but very wide. I got one of those long plastic things that you put in to stretch the piercing but I can just about get it out the back of the hole in my ear and it won't go any further without killing me. I've tried it numerous times with KY jelly and all but no go.

My question is, is there anything I can get done? Can I get a professional to put it in for me? Is there anything else I can do to wear this ring... Its killing me having it for so long and not being able to do anythign with it!

    Thanks

    How?
I don't know if a professional can do it for me. As far as I'm aware you have to go through the long process of stretching the piercing yourself...??!? I was kinda looking for someone who knew what they were talking about letting me know how its done. Nevermind, I'll just go to the piercing place and ask....

head into your piercer and start getting wider gauge jewelery and bring it up every 3 - 4 weeks.
