Mymail problems?

Anyone else having problems with Mymail over the last week or so?

It seems to be having difficulty receiving e-mails, especially from non-TCD addresses... they either get delayed by a few days or don't seem to come at all.

I read every new message when I log-in, so the next time I log in any message marked as 'un-read' has arrived since the last time I logged in. Demonstrating my above point, new messages keep appearing below ones that I have already read - so they were sent before the already read message, but they didn't arrive until significantly later.

People sent messages to me and I didn't receive them until a long time later, or not at all, so I decided to try sending myself an e-mail from another address (Hotmail) and I didn't receive it until a day later!

If they are having problems I wish they would at least tell us...

I've noticed quite a lot of parsonal mail is ending up in my spam folder, which is wierd. Other than that its been working fine (as far as I can tell).

I had problems logging in earlier in the week, others had the same problem but that was cleared up within a few hours.

A friend has had problems with mail that was sent from mymail not delivering and so has moved almost all her mail to gmail.

Try sending a mail to ISS helpdesk and see what they say, explain everything as you outlined above.

It turns out my 'missing e-mails' do seem to be ending-up in the 'Suspected Spam' folder. I was not even aware that there was Spam filtering on my account.

Everyone should make sure they check this folder. Of the 13 e-mails in this folder on my account, only 3 are actually spam - the rest were personal e-mails sent directly to me (especially ones with attachments).

Perhaps they have installed a new spam filtering system which is not working very well, and is also slowing down mail delivery...
