    Lidl Wireless Headphones

Was thinking of buying these on Thursday. Anyone have any idea what they are like or know of a review of them somewhere, as there is not much info. on the site.

Will they work with your standard appliances, such as TV, Hi-Fi, Laptop or will it just plug into something with a standard headphone jack? Also what range do you reckon it would go up to, around 10m or so?

    Cheers

i got them last time the sound is great imo but they are very big you should look at them first before you get them. You can plug them into any appliance that takes 3.5mm jack and if you need to connect them to anything else adapters are cheap enough in maplin etc.

We bought a pair of these last year for my son and they are fine. Don't think we needed any adaptors to use with the TV.

Only problem we had was getting the batteries in which was a bit messy..the instructions weren't too clear..but otherwise they do exactly what they say they do and he's still using them practically everyday:D

I dropped into Lidl in Blakestown (beside Blanchardtown Centre) this evening and they still had loads.

Brought mine home last nite & they don't work... piece of sh**... plugged them into the mains and the power light doesn't even turn on, on the base station.. DON'T BUY THEM!

    Hey rcs,
Maybe bring them back in exchange for another pair because I bought these in Blanchardstown yesterday and I have to say they are fan dabby dozy! No kidding mine are brilliant and I've tried out a few different sets. Here in work I can go down the hall about 50 yards through a large double door, then another door, then through another door and take a whizz while still having perfect sound! There is like 5 or 6 walls between my desk and the jacks.

Did you charge them for 24 hours first like they said? I see you say the power light doesn't come on, on mine the power light only comes on when there is music playing and the jack is plugged into the headphone socket and is off at all other times even when it is plugged into the mains. You've probably already tested this though...

I got a pair too. Remarkably simple to set up and use. Very comfortabla and outstanding range. No complaints here. I use them for practicing my geetar without the headphone line getting in the way.

Tiny bit of hiss in the background but really that's to be expected. At 30 euro a great buy.

Swapped my broken set for a replacement set on Fri.. Happy with them, so far, only complaint is that they are a little bit on the big side.. The range is excellent, works perfectly in any room in the house...
