I want to mix up my home game a little, instead of the usual STT, i wanted to try for a cash game. I was thinking of trying a dealers choice game, but how do the limits work if you're switching from nl holdem to limit stud or limit holdem? It's either 10c/20c or 25c/50c, would you keep them the same switching from nl to limit? And what would the equivilant for stud be?

And are there any other good games to try out?

I find 1/2 NL/PL equates to about 5/10 limit. Remember 5/10 are the bet sizes and not the SB/BB. The BB is 5, small blind could be 2 or 2.50 if possible.

For stud i'd use a 1 ante and a 2 bring-in at 5/10. You can adjust that according to the limits you'd like to play.
