My mind has drawn a complete blank on who used to say this. Something Fitzgerald was her name, a kind of an Art Attack show on RTE. Anyone?

Google doesnt seem to bring anything back on her, I do remember she released a series of make and do books though. I'd say theres one still at home somewhere.

It may also have been the TV cook on BBC Fanny Craddock.
The show was broadcast live so there was never enough time to show the full preperation and cooking so at a point in the show they jumped to "here's one we made earlier".
Her husband Johnny assisted her and is famous for the blooper he made the night they were making doughnuts.
He innoccently said " and if you want your doughnuts to turn out like Fanny's..."
