The plug-in is installed as a part of the install process for WMP.

Have you installed Firefox since installing it? If so, it may not have registered the WMP plugin and you may have to reinstall WMP to get it to.

If this is Firefox 2 go into the tools->options->content->manage file types section and scroll down the list if Firefox has picked up the WMP plugin you should see listings for WMP dynamic link library.

If it is there some sites won't work with WMP in Firefox because they use active-x it is possible to install an active-x plugin in Firefox that will enable this though.

Can you give us an example link of a site that doesn't work for you ?
