how can i update the software on my ipod?the software i had on my comp was deleated by my bro by mistake,and i throw out the installiation disks ages ago.........were can i download ipod updator?i checked the uk apple site but they has nothing

but my comp wont work with that......i only have 238 ram and it requires 252 miniumum

238MB RAM is strange alright... could it be 256MB with some of it shared with the graphics card perhaps?...

iTunes 7 is definitely the way to go, but if you don't get this issue sorted let me know . . I have a copy of the most recent ipod updater (before they got rid of it) which I can send to you . .
