    That would depend on where exactly you want to go. Middlesex is a vague and outdated description (most of what was Middlesex is now in Greater London) but probably Heathrow, maybe Luton.

    Heathrow is in Middlesex.

    Heathrow is the nearest, but be careful getting a black cab to anywhere in Middlesex as they have to stop the meter and charge an arm and a leg to anywhere outside the GLA.
