    i have a few gmail invites left so if anyone wants them pm me. i have about 4 or 5 so its first come first served, im going to be off line for a few hours now to watch the match so be patient if i dont get back to you straight away.

    You only get a couple if your account is new. The older your account the more they give you.

    I currently have 100 of them.

    Got my account in '04 also. Got the invite from some boards member, can't remember who.

    Would have thought nearly everyone had an account at this stage.

    Weird, only started to use it over the past few months. Was just sitting there.

    Use mine as my main e-mail address...

    .. worth it just for the practically impenetrable spam filter! (may let a few in every once in a while but it's excellent all the same)

    anthony4335, gmail is in a leagur of its own. At the moment there is approx 2.8gB of storage space (and counting). No need to delete own messages, the search facility is second to none. As said above the spam filter is excellent. When you send emails the recipients are automatically added to your address book. There are loads of small little handy things in it. Open one and try it out. you will prob find yourself keeping the account
