So my beloved iPod of 2 years shut down for good today! It just went off while I was on the train and now it won't charge anymore (I've tried master reset and everything), so now it's time for a new one.

What's the cheapest place to grab a 30gig one?

    o2 store.

tbh most places charge the same prices for them as the price is fixed by apple.

komplett i think charge a tenner less but with shipping included it comes to the RRP.

They're 289 on apples website. So that's what they'd be most places yeah?

Just I'd rather buy em in a Brick n Mortar store, as my order from the Apple store (Macbook) is taking forever!!

iPods come more quickly, more of them are held in stock in Europe afaik. macbooks are all being shipped as they're made from China at the mo cos of the demand.

You should get an iPod in less than a week.

Yeah but it's gonna suck being on public transport with no music for a week!

just a thought before you buy a new one , you could try replacing the battery , i just replaced the battery in a 3G ipod AFTER i bought a new 30g , it cost 16eurosin maplins and the 3g ipod is better than new charge wise
