Just wondering if the Microsoft Wireless adapter is worth the money or is there a better solution?

I got the wireless adapter and I'm impressed with it. Had no real problems with it and it has 100% signal where ever in the house I put the 360 which is better than my PC wireless card.

You can buy a wireless bridge for about half the price but I didn't want to have to lug that every where the 360 went and didn't have a spare plug where the 360 normally sits.

I'd say if you look around on ebay u'll find a bit of a reduction on one. My xbox is right next to my router, but I'f I was goin wireless I'd go with the microsoft one, just to save hassle and all! But i supposed if your strapped for cash go for one of them wireless bridges!
