Disgo 2gb USB Drive

I bought this in Dixons on Saturday. Does anyone know how to format it so I can use all 2 gb's? I've tried on the disgo website - but the solution does not work on my drive (I don't appear to have the necessary software and it is not downloadable). Thanks guys Karl
