    Hey all,
I wonder if anyone can help with this - I need to find out how much stuff there is on Irelands current economic situation in Leaving Certificate Economics ie. not just on the structures and theories but on hard economic facts, the Celtic Tiger etc.

    1. What percentage (very roughly) of the total syllabus does this take up?
    2. What Leaving Cert books cover this topic?

    Thanks a million,
    QUad

Feck all. Maybe one question out of eight in the exam. Know of trends in the growth rate, trends in unemployment, an idea about transfers out of the country (GNP/GDP etc) and that's about it. Absolutely no point in buying a book.

Unless they've changed the course since 2004, that is :).
