    Hey.

I teach computers and have a few clients who dont have computers to practice on at home. They want to purchase computers but feel there is no point in forking out money for new machines when all they will be doing is typing and internet and email. Any ideas where i could source some cheap refurbs for them?

    Cheers in advance

NoWaffleComputers. Always worth asking local businesses if they'd like to donate old/unused machines too.

Might be worth looking into one of these

    http://www.chippc.com/products/jackpc/

If its just emails and web browsing then this would be the easiest and most reliable solution:

having lots of cheap refurbs isnt always the best when various bits and bobs fail in them.

Adverts.ie is a great spot for refurbished computers, you could also look at the Dell Outlet store and pick up something cheap.

Electronic Recycling in Finglas. Ive been dealing with them for years. Good prices and plenty of stock. They supply a lot of the refub "retail" places you see online in ireland.
