    Neil Adams Judo Seminar in Cork City

    His achievements include a Gold medal at the 1981 World Championships in Maastricht, the Netherlands, plus silver medals in the 1980 and 1984 Summer Olympic Games and the 1983 Judo World Championships.

    i went to a neil adams seminar last year. it was very good but very stand up orientated. Neil adams is famous for having good judo ground fighting, especially armlocks but he didn't show us much. Other than a very, in my opinion, attribute based open guard pass.

    Personnaly , I'm goin to this Seminar for JUDO standup, I'm not looking for groundwork here. I'd also like to get some advise on Grips for standup, as I know from his previous seminars he covered this subject in great detail.
    In certain aspects ,it should complimant the jiujitsu game

    yes he did some stuff on grips. how to get dominant grips, how to break their grip. actually, he showed lost of stuff from a fundamentals point of view so should actually benefit you alot liam if you're a 90% ground 10% standup guy.
