I don't like your PSB after your 2nd draw and I dont like your river call either.

Edit: I just saw he drew 2 cards on his 1st draw so psb is ok.

I may have redrawn when I got dealt the ten. You've decided not to draw, ie representing a big hand and he still fires a psb which you call with a ten high which means you beat nothing but a bluff.

My Ten is a fave against a drawing hand with one draw to come, and his bet looked bluffish to me. If I break my ten i am likely be breaking the best hand too.

    Those are my thoughts anyway

I know your hand is a favourite against a drawing hand as most of the deck will cripple his hand be it J+ or a pair.

This is one of those hands where the call looks great because he was bluffing but the other 50% of the time when he's overbetting wioth the goods, the call will look stupid. The fact that you decided to pass on your last draw and he still bets knowing you must have a big hand puts me off calling, but sure that's a pretty standard reason for a bluff as well

Also, I've only played 2k hands of this game so I'm a total noob at it

Point taken. Maybe I should have mentioned that when I stood pat he almost timed out before breaking his hand, leading me to believe he broke a ten or maybe even a nine which led me to believe that he may be more likely to bluff if he misses on the third draw. But maybe I'm way off.

Game is PL, you think there is 50% chance that your opponent is bluffing, you are getting 2:1 ... and your point is ...... ?

My maths was slightly off. I thought there was a 49% chance he was bluffing.

    Wanna try again Iano?

Lets spell it out for you ...

Villain bets the pot on the river - and you are getting 2:1 odds to call.

How often do you need to have the best hand to break-even ?
