As announced on the talk about comcis blog Webcomics nation now has Free accounts as well as Premium ones.

    Features for free accounts include:

    * An easy-to-use online control panel, allowing you to update your comic without any knowledge of HTML, FTP, or any of those other acronyms. If you do know your way around these technologies, you can customize your pages, certainly -- but you don't have to know that stuff. All you have to do is point and click.
    * RSS feeds, mailing lists, and xml-rpc update pings to popular portals like Technorati and Yahoo, so that everybody and anybody who is following your comic can catch your updates immediately! You don't have to know how this stuff works ... it just works!
    * PSP Downloads, allowing your readers to take their reading with them on the go, using Sony's popular Playstation Portable handheld device!
    * Optional tooncasting -- if you choose to enable this feature, remote webmasters can syndicate the latest page of your series on their own sites, with (of course) a prominent link to your actual pages here on WCN.
    * Unlimited bandwidth and storage space for the comics you upload through our control panel.

So there you are. Webcomics nation has a couple of my fav webcomcis like Raina Telgemeier's Smile and Dave Roman's Astronaut Elementary.
