Getting out of a contract

I have a contract with the Orange network in the UK that isn't up until the start of February. I am sick to my back teeth of them. They disconnected me from the network in July, which I didn't notice because I was in Ireland and you have to pay £50 for roaming (no thanks). When I realised this in September, I went to the store and nobody could explain why that had happened. My account was nearly £100 in credit because I had been paying my bills all summer. They finally reconnected me, and all was fine.

I have a student package as part of my contract, which means that I get 1000 free text messages a month. Last week, I noticed I hadn't received a bill yet since September. I rang up, and after a while it emerged that I now owed them 63p. It seems that all the credit on my account was gone because of two months line rental (£20 for september, on account of missing the first week, and £25 for October), a reconnection fee and unspecified call charges. The guy on the phone told me the reconnection fee was a mistake, and they'd refund it to me. They sent me out a bill, detailing the past two months, and the next day I received Novembers bill.

The upshot of it is that they didn't refund me the reconnection fee (£35) and they never gave me the student package when they reconnected me, so they've been charging me for text messages. Basically, they now owe me £60. I rang them on Friday as soon as I got the bill, and after spending 20 minutes on hold, the useless woman in the bill department couldn't tell me anything. She said they had no record of the student package, and she'd have to send a mail to the woman who reconnected me and she'd ring me back before the end of the day. She hasn't rung me back two days later. I am so incredibly frustrated that right now, I would do anything to get out of this contract. Is there anything I can do?

Aye, I was thinking that if they don't refund me within the week. But I still want to get out of the contract because they've fúcked me around so much.
