    Hi,
The clock in the bottom right of the screen keeps changing to the wrong time. I've corrected it a couple of times but it seems to revert back to a wrong setting. Anyone know what the story could be? I'm on a laptop by the way.

    Regards

    check cmos battery

How do you plan to do that on a laptop without voiding the warrenty.

Like kieran said. You need to set the correct time in the bios. When the laptop is booting up tap the delete key to get into the bios. Set the correct time and date. Save, and reboot. Also if that does not work And that laptop is on a internet connection try pinging www.time.microsoft.com
