I have to laugh at the RTE advert for Lost that shows the Plane bring the episodes straight to RTE after they are shown in the US.

If you've seen any of the promo posters or whatever Locke is there so it's not just RTE.

Why? I thought it was a good way to illustrate just how soon RTE are showing the episodes, and ties nicely into the themes of the show.

Maybe if they got faster planes then they wouldn't have to resort to producing such drivel? :D

As for it being a spoiler, it isn't really. Whats a spoiler is pressing the OK button on your NTL remote and getting a nice synopsis of what's about to happen in the episode :)

    http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Lost_%28season_3%29

Sweden's TV4 began broadcasting season 3 on October 25 as they had first showing rights for the European Union followed by Ireland's RTÉ Two which began broadcasting series 3 on October 31, only 4 weeks after the US debut.

you complain about spoilers in an rte ad yet you don't warn of spoilers in your post. if you don't do it why should rte?

    Also,
    Terry O'Quinn
's name has been in the credits since episode 1 of season 3 - those durn credits are the worst spoilers out ;)

In fairness to the OP (Not that any one else thought that the character in question was dead or that anyone should think that they hadn't survivied not pressing the button) the add leaves nothing to the imagination the whole episode is contained in that ad, I bet nothing much else happens :)

Well it is lost after all. :)

nope. episode 1 of season three aired in the states on 4th of october. we get it 4 weeks later. ive seen the first 6 episodes of season three thus far, and if some (any!) loose ends arent tied up any time soon, i'll lose interest. its gotten to the stage where i'm in a state of paranoia over the whole thing and don't believe any of the characters. not much of a spoiler but i'm not taking any chances: its like EVERYONE has an ulterior motive.
