    Recently, I have noticed that I can barely watch certain channels at certain times. This all appear to be the free view channels (BBCx, ITV etc) all the premium Sky channels are perfect. Sometimes that picture and sound breaks up so bad that I can't watch them. Other times, usually in the evening the picture and sound are fine.

    Can anyone suggest what might be the problem? I have had Sky for a long while and never had any problems with reception until recently. Could this be Dish alignment, cable or even the receiver?

    My uncle had this problem a while back and he was told his box was on the way out.
