Upscaling on Sony DVP-NS76H.

Does the Sony DVP-NS76H DVD player output 720p/1080i upscaled images via it's HDMI port only? The component video outputs only seem to display a 576p picture on my Sony KLV-L23M1 LCD TV. Have tried an Xbox 360 on the TV and it does give a 720p/1080i image via component video connections.

Yes, only via HDMI.
I have one feeding my Sony HS60 a 720p signal and the picture is fantastic!
