    I have just seen the worst ad on television. Stupid Meteor bints are announcing Christmas and the fellas are like: It's November

    Anyone else see such dribble??

    It's not the worst ad on television. Remember last year's Meteor ads? It's second to those. Although the money they obviously don't spend on marketing, they give out in the form of free texts, so I'm happy :)

    The ads were insufferable last year - what made the producers think that they would be any better this year. :mad:

    Whatever about this years one, I must make a stand for one of last years - the 'lapdance' one. The 'lap' music I thought had a few very nice notes in it.:)

    Anyone seen the *NEW* new Xmas Meteor ad (the one with the phones as xmas tree lights)? Still has me scratching my head tbh.

    What's the deal with the brunette in it? She's not the best looking anyway imho but are they deliberately trying to make her ugly? Hair like an 80's east-european woman, make-up like a cheap prositute and wearing something your grandma might be seen it. It all seems too much, as tho some line in the ground of irony has finally been crossed and there's nothing left but pure deliberacy.

    And then you have those two idiot boyfriends with their (somehow, tho I thought it was impossible?) *camp* gurning routine. As tho making the two women irritating wasn't enough the ad exec's now have to gimpify these two prats as well?

    Honestly I think the joke is on us and they're deliberatly making these ads as shít as possible just so we'll moan about em. Well I tried to resist but I just couldn't, sorry! So congrats meteor on once again trumping yourselves in the crap-o-rama stakes!

    Still won't ever buy one of your phones tho, so you can wipe the smug smile off your face :p
