web page blank

    dell pc
    can connect to the net
    says connected 33.6kps

    but web page always blank
    after fifteen mins it comes up very slowly

    tried different pc on the same line and its ok

    any ideas

    What webpage? What browser?

    Checked for viruses, spyware, adware, et al? Tried a different browser? Other webpages working fine?

    tried interent explorer and firefox

    its a new pc

    Does it happen with all web pages? Do you have automatic updates enabled?

    yes every web page
    even google

    yes automatic updates enabled but cant process them

    its a new pc

    the person didn get a windows cd

    any recommendations?
